Estate Tax-Federal Estate Tax

Jean Gordon Carter, a tax and estate planning attorney with Hunton & Williams in its Raleigh office, will discuss estate planning in 2008. The discussion will include an overview of estate planning and estate tax planning techniques with a particular emphasis on what is happening in 2008 with repeal of the estate tax scheduled to occur in 2010.
