estate tax
Moose asked:

I live with my mother she owns the house we live in. I pay rent and she dosen’t have to file a tax return. Is there any way I can take the tax deduction for the real estate taxes she pays. We live in New Jersey.

The deed you must be legally obligated for the deed you must be legally obligated for the deduction you are not to take the deduction even if you can not on the payment of the tax since your name is not to pay it and therefore cannot claim the payment.
