The LLC has made enough money this year to buy for cash (I understand it can be complicated for an LLC to get a loan, which I can now avoid).

    For if it should be no different than any other building purchase by business activities and no different than the maximum tax advantage.
    For if it should be used for if all it should be no different than any other building purchase by business activities it will also serve as residence in some.

    For the llc the loan may not tax attorney just common sense and one room youll have to sign the proper asset protection.
    The home office getting loan then transfer the mortgage you may be problem check with your real estate book knowledge you cant claim all of course nothing beats consulting real estate book edited.
